Hi! My name is Amie Murphy and I am the Coach behind Team Faith and Fitness 413. I am a Christ follower and believer, a wife, a mom, and have quite the obsession with living a healthy and fit life. Here are some fun facts about myself:
-I grew up as an Army brat, moving from place to place (not nearly as many as some fellow military brats). I lived overseas for the beginning and end of my schooling.
-I did NOT grow up with an obsession for eating healthy or being active. I spent a majority of my teenage years obsessed with my weight but never willing to truly do any hard work.
-I went to Louisiana State University and that's where I met the love of my life.
-I got married to my college sweetheart a week after I graduated from college
-After almost 3 years of marriage we had our first son
-3 years and 8 months after we had our first son, we had our second son
-We live in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area and this is our home
-Through my partnership with Beachbody, I am able to help others reach and surpass their health, fitness, and life goals. I absolutely love that this opportunity has allowed me to help so many people while pushing myself to be the best possible version of myself. I am very grateful for the ability to be a health and fitness Coach and pass on my healthy obsessions to my family and friends
